A Brand Revolt program

Terms of Use

The rules for using this site and the member community.

Last updated September 17, 2026

These terms cover using the website and the community software. What membership itself includes — fees, sessions, confidentiality, how membership ends — is in the Membership Agreement. Where the two ever disagree, the Membership Agreement wins.

1. Who these terms are with

dmojam.com and the DMO Jam community are operated by Sorenson Advertising LLC d/b/a Brand Revolt (“Brand Revolt,” “we”), 333 W 2230 N, Suite 200, Provo, UT 84604. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.

2. Your account

Accounts are issued by invitation to accepted members. They are personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your account — not a colleague, not an assistant, not a successor in your role. Membership is granted to a person, not a seat. You are responsible for what happens under your login; tell us immediately if you think someone else has it.

Keep your details accurate. If you leave the organization you joined under, tell us — your membership does not automatically transfer.

3. Confidentiality

This is the rule the whole community depends on. What is said in DMO Jam stays in DMO Jam. Do not repeat, publish, forward, screenshot or quote another member’s contributions outside the community without their explicit permission. Do not share recordings, transcripts or library material with anyone who is not a member.

This obligation survives the end of your membership. Breaking it is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

4. What you may not do

If you find a security flaw, tell us at dmojam@thebrandrevolt.com rather than exploring it. We will thank you properly and we won’t come after you for reporting it in good faith.

5. What you post

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. You give Brand Revolt a licence to host, display and distribute it within DMO Jam for as long as it is there, and to include it in the member library and in answers the assistant gives to other members of your cohort.

We may quote something you shared in our own marketing only with your explicit permission, asked for separately each time.

6. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Membership Agreement. For anything short of a confidentiality breach or harassment we will talk to you first. Members can report a post from its menu; reports go to administrators only.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant answers from library material you already have access to. It can be wrong, and it can miss things. It is not professional advice — check anything that matters against the source it cites, and use your own judgement. Don’t paste anything into it you wouldn’t want processed by our AI providers; see the Privacy Policy. Fair use applies: it is there for your own work, not for bulk extraction of the library.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site up but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or retire features. If we retire something significant to members, we will say so in advance.

9. Our material

The DMO Jam name, branding, site, software, session recordings and library materials belong to Brand Revolt or its licensors. Your membership is a right to use them personally while you are a member, not a transfer of ownership.

10. Liability

The site and the community are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Brand Revolt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make on the strength of something said in a session or by the assistant. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Ending it

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access under the Membership Agreement, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. Sections 3, 5, 9 and 10 survive.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and the courts of Utah County, Utah have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email members. The date at the top always shows the current version.
